Some important terms used in these conditions are defined below and carry the same meaning throughout the document.

1.1 Terminology

• "Platform" means the 67bd website, mobile application, and all related digital services.
• "Member" means any user registered on the platform.
• "Account" means a member's personal gaming profile.
• "Funds" means money deposited into the account or any bonus balance.
• "Bonus" means additional funds provided under a promotional offer.

1.2 Scope of Applicability

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each member may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, or from the same device, IP address, or payment method, is prohibited.
• The name, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must belong to the member personally.
• The account password is created by the member and must be kept confidential. If the password is shared with a third party, the member bears full responsibility for any consequences.
• Any changes to account information must be reported to the support team immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

67bd may verify a member's identity when necessary to ensure secure transactions. This process may require a copy of a national identity card or passport. If KYC is not completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed or suspended.

3.1 Age Verification Process

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears suspicious, 67bd may temporarily hold it for review. In such cases, the member may be asked to provide additional information.

67bd offers various promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, and members must read them carefully.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; before withdrawing the bonus, a wager of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be placed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• Before withdrawing bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Some games do not contribute to the wagering requirement, or contribute only partially — details will be given in the terms of the relevant offer.
• If a bonus expires or its terms are breached, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.

5.3 Promotion Abuse

Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing artificial bets, or attempting to meet wagering requirements with bots is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

67bd offers sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and many other game categories. Each game or bet type has its own applicable rules.

6.1 General Betting Terms

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a technical fault on the platform produces an abnormal result, 67bd reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an event or match is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

For bets on cricket, football, and other sports, settlement will occur after the official result is confirmed. In live betting, odds can change rapidly; only the confirmed odds at the time of placement are accepted.

6.3 Live Casino

Table rules apply for live games from providers including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The dealer's decision is final; if a connection is lost, the result will be determined from the game history.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 67bd platform. Violation of these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure.

67bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

• If a breach of terms is suspected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
• If KYC or age verification is incomplete, withdrawals and other activities may be restricted.
• A member may request that their account be temporarily closed (see the Responsible Gaming section).

8.2 Grounds for Permanent Closure

• Serious breach of the terms, particularly fraud or money laundering.
• Repeated rule violations.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

8.3 Balance After Suspension

Once the investigation is complete, if no breach is proven, the actual deposited balance will be returned. However, if a breach is proven, the bonus and related winnings may be forfeited.

• Unexpected circumstances (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government restrictions) that are beyond 67bd's control.
• If account information is stolen due to the member's own negligence.

If a member suffers a verifiable loss due to a platform error, 67bd will consider providing reasonable compensation.

67bd reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. If a member continues to use the platform after updated terms are published, they will be considered to have agreed to the new terms.

12.1 Notice of Changes

For important changes, members will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. Changes to the terms and conditions generally take effect from the date of publication.

12.3 Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions becomes invalid, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. A waiver of any condition will not be considered a permanent waiver.
